Review: Haus of Gloi - Twice Is Nice - Hair Oil

Review: Haus of Gloi - Twice Is Nice - Hair Oil

So I had been reading reviews over on r/indiemakeupandmore about how amazing Haus of Gloi's Hair Oil is. Not only is it for the hair but it is also an excellent hand, nail, and cuticle oil. So you have a product that has multiple uses which is awesome and you don't need more than 1-4 drops. I kept thinking about this product for about 3 days until it woke me up in the middle of the night and I ordered a bottle.  I chose "Twice Is Nice" thinking it would be a complimentary scent to the body butter I was using at the time, Cocoa Pink's "White Sugar".

Description: Buttery sugar cookie, with shavings of creamy coconut and topped with toasted almond slivers.

It smells like buttery almond cookies like woah. I've yet to detect any coconut notes at all. It smells strongly like sugared almonds at the beginning. I've tried it on wet and dry hair and just a little goes a long way. The scent dies down after the first few minutes and remains a subtle sweet freshness.

I have to say I am super impressed with this product. For one, it makes my hair super soft and silky, second you only need a few drops of it as advertised, third I've used it on my face with fantastic results.

The bottles in the photos on the Haus of Gloi website don't actually show how big they are. I assumed I was receiving a bottle the size of my Josie Maran Argan Oil travel bottle. I was wrong!

The Josie Maran bottle is 15mL/0.5 oz. The bottle of Haus of Gloi Hair Oil is a glass bottle 59mL/2 oz, and as you can see comes clearly labeled with an easily readable font.
