Review: Alchimia Apothecary - Mysteries of Blue

Review: Alchimia Apothecary - Mysteries of Blue

I had 11 scents I wanted to try from Alchimia Apothecary and ordered 10 of them. This was the 11th and I requested it as my free sample. Robert at Alchimia kindly fulfilled my request!

Description: We have surrounded this note by Kadu blossoms, African violets, blue geranium, grape hyacinth, blue orchids, violet leaf absolute, and tucked that into the woods.

In the Bottle: It smells light, floral, a bit fruity, and a little sweet.

Wet: The floral scent is a bit less, the fruity note is stronger.

Drydown: It smells light and floral with an undertone of baby powder.

Throw: Medium

Wear Time: 2 hours for single application

Verdict: This was very different for me. I am not sure if I really liked it, but it was a nice change from what I usually pick. I am not a huge floral scent fan but this was light and not cloying.

This Alchimia Apothecary came in vial is the standard stoppered 1 ml vial, however the stopper did not have a wand attached! It came clearly labeled with an easily readable font.
